The name "Praccis" (prak-sis) is a French spelling of PRAXIS - or "the art of getting things done". Because this alternate spelling is unfamiliar, it would be nice to emphasize the two syllables in the logotype so that it is less likely to be read "prassis" e.g. PRAC/cis.

Also because the word is not familiar - we want to emphasize style with LEGIBILITY, avoid being stylistic with the letters to the point that one can't tell if its two c's or two o's, for example.

The name is the brand and distinct or fresh looking font choice is the distinguishing feature.

I would like to emphasize the importance of readability. This includes wanting the word Praccis to read as separate syllables: Prac - cis (PRAK-sis). This places an emphasis on the C-C of the logo. Without there being something too gimmicky or artificial this is a good thing as "creative collaboration" is also a C-C combo and something we emphasize. I hope that will come through here.

Some additional notes:

I like the use of an accent color, especially at the first or second "C". I can't emphasize enough that I want it to read prac-cis (prak-sis). I also like how emphasizing a C plays into the word "creation" in the tag.

I want looking at the logo to stimulate both the right and left sides of the brain. If we can do that in a word then hopefully we can do it elsewhere.

I'd like to see the use of positive/negative space really used. The logo will almost always appear on a white screen or background. I'd be very interested in seeing what can be done with knockouts as well as possibly breaking the two syllables with a subtle or agressive shift.

Word should still read left to right

"active creation" tends to look better to me with no CAPS, all lowercase. The strength should be in the PRACCIS and then active creation should follow.

Here's a little bit of non-graphic code to consider. Interpret as you like.

As we come toward the end, to help all focus on what we have learned, here are some points to emphasize:

- creative play with wordmark that invites a right/left brain reading
- graphic element that is recognizable but also potentially variable/changeable so logo can be dynamic
- text and graphic element have ability to stand alone with recognizable brand association
- clarity with and ability to work with white field background
- no 3D or common optical effects (e.g. metallic surface, shadows etc.)
- Font choice should be sans-serif and contemporary, but also somewhat timeless (no sci-fi or retro)
- elegance + strength
