This is the logo for a newly launched school called AI Crew that teaches AI. It is aimed at non-engineers and people outside the IT industry, with a roughly 50/50 gender split and mostly individuals in their 30s to 40s. We want to evoke a futuristic, cool image while also being approachable and welcoming to beginners. Additionally, the name AI Crew carries the meaning of recruiting crew members for the ship called AI. We want to communicate a message along the lines of, "Why not join the AI Crew?" and create a design that makes being a crew member something to be proud of.

nSI Electrify is the charitable arm of our company, nou Systems, Inc. (nSI). The intent is to help our community with charitable giving and service. The idea behind the name comes from Iron Man 3, where Iron Man is told by Jarvis that he can only save four of the 15 or so people that are falling from the plane. Human ingenuity was needed, in addition to the Iron Man technology, to figure out how to save all of them by making them all part of the solution. One by one, Iron Man flew to one of the individuals falling through the sky, took them to another individual, electrified their arm to cause them to hang on to the next individual, and so on until he had a chain of all the people that he was able to let down into the river below them. Everyone was saved. Working together, leveraging both technology and human ingenuity, we can make a difference in the lives of others. That is what we do with our charitable organization. We are a temporary staffing company that is expanding into the oilfield services market. OFS stands for Oilfield Services. We are looking for a spin-off logo that matches the brand identity of our current Hire Energy logo, but uses a different image that represents the oilfield market. We would also like to see options for adding "OFS" to the logo. We would like to keep the same typeface (Franklin Gothic Demi Condensed) for the name "Hire Energy." We would like to use the same colors for the type and one or all of the colors on the current circle graphic for the replacement oilfield image. The color and font guide for the current logo is attached. Oilfield images could be a variation on an oil drop, an oil rig, a drill bit, geographic strata, gas burning, oil/water/gas together in an image (all 3 come out when you drill), etc. Think about ways to use the current graphic elements (i.e. the circles and the arches) in different configurations to create an oilfield image like an oil rig or oil drop.
