Sutton Square is a real estate investment company specializing in hotel acquisition and repositioning, high rise apartment construction and other commercial real estate related business investment. Our specialty is in upper-upscale and luxury properties and repositioning older assets through renovations that make them appeal to a younger demographic that is willing to spend a little bit more on upgraded experiences.
