We provide personal & professional development workshops/classes to the community and corporations. Our mission is to reduce Millennial burnout by increasing self-awareness, nervous-system education, strategies to overcome people-pleasing, and teaching somatic practices to help reconnect people with internal cues, strengthen self-trust, and leave with practical tools for setting boundaries with confidence. In the workshops we are blending spiritual with science/strategy by mixing esoteric concepts (i.e. Human Design, astrology, manifesting, meditation, etc.) with practical application (i.e. physiological responses & psychological research).

I am drawn to symbols that have deeper meanings, various perspectives, or showcase change, i.e. dandelions (wishing flower), moon phases, lotus flower, leafy trees, sacred geometry, etc.
