Hello Graphica,
I hope you are well. I really like my new logo and I'm having merchandise made with the logo on it and I realized that the final version is larger than the previous ones, so the black border of the logo is right at the edge of the white border of the background. Is it possible to slightly reduce the size of the logo so that it's not touching the edge of the border? Since I've already paid you for the logo I would have no problem paying you for this additional work. I tried to do this myself, but was unable to. Please let me know if you can help me. I've had several logos and designs for my businesses and a nonprofit using LogoTournament over the years, so I'm quite familiar with the way things work. Not all artists work the same way, and the quality of work of the artist is not always indicative of the quality of customer service. I'm also not easily impressed any more, but I was in this case, as Graphica was both an amazing artist able to simplify the complex and reimagine a logo re-brand while also delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

While all artists are good, some even great, it's rare to find an EXCEPTIONAL artist like graphica. Graphica went above and beyond as I worked on the latest project, a nonprofit with 8 other statkeholders who pushed and pulled in different directions making my job and Graphica's very hard. During all this, Graphica was professional, courteous, patient and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend their work and they way they work!
