What We Do
Racing Briefs offers athletes of all types - runners, triathletes, cyclists, etc - a place to rate and review races they've done and read aggregated reviews of races they're considering like TripAdvisor.com or Zagat.com for athletes.
Industry
Color Preferences
No real color choices, but would suggest that all the designs be gender-neutral and athletic in their color selection.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We selected the business name for the obvious play on words (the racing briefs/shorts you would wear in a race & the kind of report/briefs you would want as a helpful, quick summary on a subject) and hope that might be explored to see if it's viable.
It might be helpful to look at the logos for various races to get a sense of their style, typography and color schemes. Good sites to consult are active.com, athlinks.com competitor.com, trifind.com. These will link to many races and show you the graphics that they use.
This site will be a combination of a research tool and athletics, like an IMDB.com meets Nike.com, so if there was something athletically intelligent in the logo designs, that would be great.
