RSR Elites is an elite junior women's rowing racing camp. It is highly selective, super intense physically and mentally where athletes learn how to be better and fitter athletes but we teach the mental skills that are required to reach peak performance. The team is about 50 girls in high school and they compete for the summer national championship.
