What We Do
Hi, we have used logo tournament in the past for different brands and am hoping this platform can help design a graphic for a book cover. The book is titled "Determining Leadership Potential". I’ve attached an executive summary that will provide a good overview of the book and give you a sense of the tone. But. here is the detail on the target audience.

This book is intended for three readership audiences:

1.The first audience is those who carry the responsibility for assessing and selecting leaders. These readers could be leaders, CEOs, and Boards of Directors.
2.The second audience is HR professionals who wish to understand the drivers that result in increased success in determining leaders for the future. They will find guidelines for establishing a framework to do this work well in an organization.
3.The third audience is individuals who wish to understand what leaders should be looking for as they assess the leadership potential in others.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
We are looking for a front cover graphic for a book called "Determining Leadership Potential". We would like to have a graphic that illustrates a leader determining/ identifying leadership potential in others. I've attached the executive summary for you to get familiar with the background of the book. I've also attached the logo that will be used on the website, etc. for another reference point.

An initial idea was someone looking through a telescope. The telescope would have four parts/ rings and in the lens would read "determining leadership potential" or an image to symbolize it. In each of the four parts/ rings of the telescope we would like to have the four criteria outlined in the book: intelligence, motivation, personality, and learning agility. I've attached a graphic that has the four parts/ rings I am talking about and an image in the lens for a reference point https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/illustration/stock-market-forecast-downfall-vision-to-see-royalty-free-illustration/1299256608?adppopup=true.

We are also open to creative freedom here.
