What We Do

See new info below!

As a non-profit, we provide funding for families to help with adoption costs, and general awareness to further the cause of all adoptions.

The concept for the name of the charity is for people or families to be willing to give up one item - whether one coffee, one meal out, one luxury item, one new clothing item, in order to make room to be able to help further the cause for just one more child.

Our target audience is anyone interested in adoption, as well as those who want to help others adopt.

Color Preferences

red, gray, white, black, turquoise - though red, gray and white are favorites, perhaps with red being very limited in use. We're open to turquoise as an option, but we're leaning away from the turquoise replacing the red altogether. We don't want a lot of red and black, as it feels too "harsh".

Open to other colors, or multiple colors, if the design could be distilled to 1 or 2 colors for simple printing.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

>>>> Next board meeting is after Finalist stage starts. We meet on Saturday 2/2 to discuss, provide feedback and adjust rankings.

Thank you for submitting!

We really are not after a text treatment, and would prefer more of an actual created visual design that can stand BY ITSELF. The graphical element is what we're looking most at. PLEASE feel free to go out of the 1 < 1 > if you have other ideas! : )

In design discussions, we came away with the following words and concepts:

*Clean, modern, simple yet striking visual design
*Little to no cues that might age the design easily
*The design should stand alone without text symbolizing the organization without words
*The text "One Less for One More" is likely to be added on shirts, stationary, business cards
* We like negative space
*The visual symbology doesn't have to account for the word "for" in the charity name

Thank you for looking.

Colors we'd like to explore: Pantone 2290C, Pantone 2145C, Pantone 2236C, Pantone 318C (as a group, or in possible combinations, though we don't want all the blues alone with no contrasting colors, maybe a red instead of the yellow-green?)

Also option of Pantone 3561C instead of the 2290C.

Hi All,

The client posted the images of the hourglass for one designer. We're working behind the scenes to resolve a conern the client has.
