No need to be sorry :) Yes, it is clear now. But "One Less for One More" is a rather long line and that could be a problem (unbalanced, ugly) adding it later.
Yes I think so, essentially a graphical design that could represent the organization on the front of a t-shirt or business card, though I do see it often being accompanied with the "One Less for One More" text either below or to the side of it. We will probably need a version with the org name below it or to the side, so we could use that or the graphic emblem/icon alone. Sorry - is that helpful?
Like the variations in colors you used. We're leaning away from primary graphical elements in the design having text, though text might be used below the logo - i.e. "One Less for One More" written out, maybe with the slogan. We want a graphical design that could become recognizable and stand alone. We are interested in seeing designs with non-serif 1's.
