I'm sorry - just feels and looks a little too busy, especially in the center.

With 1's in negative space of <> symbols.

Feedback for this is that we're looking for something a little less aggressive looking, though the orginality of the arrangement is appreciated.

Could we constrain this to a rectangle shape, consider less angular 1's, possibly just lines for the 1's, and compress it a little horizontally to a less wide design? We'd love to see gray/red instead of this color, but keep some negative space, possibly extending all the way to the outside of the rectangle.

Nice use of the elements - want to talk to rest of board to see about colors - not sure we're going to stay with all one color. It is looking like a dark gray, a red, and a turquoise that is perhaps a slight bit more blue-ish than this.

This still feels a bit "text treatment"-like. Maybe a more simplified, cleaner and refined 1 for the 2 digits in the design, going full height? Perhaps the distance side to side compressed to not be so long. We're leaning toward perhaps one of the ones in red, and most of the design in gray. In yours, maybe a variation with the trailing > in black?
