We need this one corrected. The colors in the logo part are correct here, and the One and More (on each end) are bold, and 340 does not have those changes.
Can we see a version of this with where the elements are colored from Left to Right as follows: light aqua (as you have it here), turquoise, green, then the blue on the right. Could we get the first "ONE" on the left, and the "MORE" on the right as the only bold words also?
We'd like to explore some other color combinations - I might get some pantone colors to use as a palette also for some versions also. We're open to seeing some other colored versions that are your choice...
We're exploring colors - can we see black for the leftmost one, no other changes, and a second with a lighter gray for the leftmost one, no other changes.
Please no rounded edge on the corners on both the < and the > that are closest to the gray "1's". On each character, we only want the corner on each character that faces out to be rounded. Thank you.
Could we see one version with the following changes: smaller center line like the original design, smaller radius on the rounding, and no rounding except on the far left and right points (not rounded on the inside edges of the < and >)
Can we get one with exactly these proportions and text size/relationship, but simply with the < and > colored in the turquoise color. Also we'd love to see a variation of this one with just barely more space between the 2 gray "1's", without changing their width. Could we also see a variation of this one (#55) with the points of the < and > just barely radiused, or softened?
I think what I was thinking is pretty similar height to this, but the whole "triangles" on each side would be equally less thick, leaving more white space in the middle. The thickness of the ones top to bottom looks good.
Nice design. Will talk to board members - we might want to play around with colors and height/proportion. Really like how you layed out the words below it.
Like your creativity and variations, but we're probably leaning away from text being in the primary graphic element. Maybe play with 2 non-serif 1's standing side by side, with the < > within them or something similar - like the middle sections of your designs. : )

A second variation would be the following:
dark gray <, lighter gray 1 (not as light as the recent update), red 1, dark gray >
