Logo/letterform mark must be transparent -- able to sit on a black, gray or white page/surface. Please, no gradient, etc background. I prefer a horizontal, as my website is currently designed to fit this size.

Meant to say "able to sit on a black/dark or white/light page/surface" -- NOT a grey page surface. My current commercial website uses both black and white page surfaces for the company name, which is displayed in medium grey with a transparent background.
