I like the two-tone text and the circle, but, I'd need it in grey-n-red or grey-n-orange or maybe even grey-n-olive(?) I don't know... but grey and something... My site is a template that changes from white to black with no way for me to change it, so it has to show up on both. Thanks again! 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer abstract camera lens, enjoy!(This comment references Entry #46) 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer another lens. Thanks(This comment references Entry #47) 16 years ago joshlogo Client Thanks! I really like #44 ... the lens-aperture-circle jimmy works great! The 'photography' would have to be more prominent, though, as it's almost unreadable on my 1900x1600 monitor... and I'm wondering, also, what it would look like if the lens-aperture-circle in #47 replicated the one in #44 -- circling the name. Might be a keeper. Thanks so much! Great stuff. 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer Thanks for the feedback, I added a faded out aperture, also increased the word "photography". Thanks!(This comment references Entry #69) 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer I realize I made the outline look like a dash instead of the thicker outline, fixed that here and made the faded out aperture a grey for contrast. Thanks!(This comment references Entry #70) 16 years ago joshlogo Client Thank you for #69 and #70... naa, I think the original design of #44 is light on its feet and sharp, while 69, and 70 seem more stilted and stock... sorry my bad. I don't know -- cause I'm a photographer, not a designer -- #44 is happening, but seems to be missing something(?)... 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer how about this gradated treatment? Will show on black next. Thanks(This comment references Entry #73) 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer how about this lime green?(This comment references Entry #75) 16 years ago joshlogo Client Thanks! OK... I (think) it's nearly there... I like the circle better in #73 and #74 than the others, as it's longer and more pleasing to my eye. The gradient doesn't work for me in the text, but looks cool in the circle... maybe even make it more of a color spectrum wheel if that isn't too cheesy. The 'photography' could be even a bit bigger, or just more readable... whichever or both. So far I dig the orange and grey, but red-grey and olive-grey are fine as well for examples... (I've been copying and pasting them over a screenshot of my site to see what color is best.) Thanks so much again. Josh- 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer next couple of entries have a red-yellow gradient and the rainbow gradient. Hope you like, thanks!(This comment references Entry #84) 16 years ago joshlogo Client I like the red-yellow gradient wheel the best. But... I cut-and-pasted it onto a couple of screenshots of my site, and somehow it gets overwhelmed by the photos (as a lot of them are very tight in and strong)... now, partly, that's good, as I don't want the eye drawn to the logo... but, partly its not good because it makes my name seem a bit weak and wispy... Can you pump it up a bit? longer ribs? stronger, thicker, etc... thanks so much for all the great stuff and revisions, too. : ) 16 years ago romasuave Logo Designer bolder, thicker, darker.
