Firstly, thank you to everyone who has entered - we are very impressed with the standard of entry and very excited about the top 5.
We find the first three ranked ones to be VERY close in our opinion.
We've put #20 first as it hit the brief perfectly, has a sense of urgency, is clear to read and is eye catching. It will also work across different media without having to be altered. Our only concern is that 'milk' is the brand name, and we're not sure how the logo will work without 'don't forget the' if we wanted to use it in that way.
#18 is a very close second. We think it again hit the brief, is stylish and more feminine than #20 and would work very well as a masthead.
We love #7 and think it is a fabulous design. We're a little unsure that it is totally clear to read (in the first instance).
#10 is a great design, but not as dynamic as #20.
#2 is awesome, but we're not convinced it would work as the branding/masthead on the cover of a magazine - as it stands. We feel the word 'milk' might be a little hard to read 'as is'.
As a general comment, (esp dapc79 and #12) the logos with the reversed 'K' we find make it a little hard to read in the first instance, and we don't want potential purchasers to have to look twice at it. We want the name to shout out from the shelf immediately.
Generally comments: the logo needs to have the word 'Gippsland' included (as a footer?). This word will need to be changed for regional variation, so a useable font would be handy.
Thanks again for your efforts.
