Hi all!
I am back again to retune our company logo. The last Fulcrum contest was a great success but because I was going rogue (solo) I didn't have buy in from the whole team and my logo choice was deemed a little too military. Ah well, I love it. It will now be my department logo.
We are now looking at a company wide new logo that expresses who we are and what we do and will inspire us to keep changing the world in this new decade. Help us out designers!
Thanks in advance for your passion, skill and hard work,
Philip (Fulcrum)

Welcome back, Philip. Should be another good contest.

Here's a link to the previous contest for the designers to reference...

Hi guys! Thanks for the great response so far. Hustling and I love it! Please refer to old fulcrum swoosh logo in contest brief for colors. I'm afraid I don't have a whole lot of coaching about this particular logo project because none of us really knows exactly what will work and convey our company while still being COOL. By cool I mean cool enough to rock on a T-shirt at a casual party and be proud of, you know?
Please keep blasting out ideas and I know with the talent in this site something will POP!
Thanks all,
Philip

Ok, we have just come out of our staff meeting and have a little redirect for all you designers.

1. We are looking at a possible stand alone logo without the word Fulcrum in it because there may be trademark issues with that. Please resubmit your wonderful logos as logo only without word fulcrum because we may have to go that direction. I apologize to the designers who have word integral to design but it is still early and please keep logos in contest because we need to find out from legal about trademark.

2. The boss's input was to stress the vibrational impact of our team building trainings that spread from the individual through the team and community and out to the world. Making it a better place. Positive change. Please digest these thoughts through your design lenses and lets see what happens.

Thank you all!

Also, please consider the use of an F in the logo is still on the table!

Hello all, again (and not for the last time I'm sure). There is a hot debate over here in Fulcrum land about branding and logos and has actually lead to discussions over mission statements and large company topics.

Please, if you have the time, refer to our old logo (copperplate with swoosh underneath in contest brief) and give us a modernized version. This will include a more up to date font for FULCRUM and a freshened swoosh with fulcrum triangle underneath. Do not include Adventure's Inc.

Thank you and bear with the changing directions,
Philip

We are seriously considering looking at a reworking of our original swoosh logo (see contest brief). We need updated font and do risk grow to replace adventures inc. Please bring your genius to bear on this. We are open to other things but this seems safer at this point in the game.

Ok. I sincerely apologize for not giving feedback for the last day. It has been a virtual power struggle over company identity. This process has forced us to evaluate our company mission statement and everything and I was unable to get any clarity on what specifically to say in terms of direction to the designers.
So here is the feedback (and I know it is about a week too late) but good luck.

Fulcrum is looking for a stand alone logo without the word Fulcrum in it. This logo may or may not incorporate the letter F
The colors will remain the same: blue and orange from the original logo.
These are the following words that the logo will convey:
Positive change, empowerment, ripple effect, passion, team-connection, energy, development, balance, peace, growth, hippness, self-discovery, human respect, awareness, leverage, support, movement and impact.
Again, I am sorry for the last day redirect but I will be as present as I can till the end.
Much love and good luck.

I didn't know I could extend this contest! Great! Sorry about the craziness. It's so hard to get a group of people and their egos to agree on anything. Please keep submitting and I will do my very best to give feedback.
Our marketing person says that when we see it (the logo) we will know.

The team is looking at the logos coming in and waiting to see something with a vibration about it. Please refer to the words which came from our last meeting:
"Positive change, empowerment, ripple effect, passion, team-connection, energy, development, balance, peace, growth, hippness, self-discovery, human respect, awareness, leverage, support, movement and impact"
Thank you!

Here's the update from the Fulcrum team. We just left our management meeting and after reviewing the logos so far have not seen any new ones that blow our mind. We are still hopeful of a great stand alone logo which we would consider switching over to but have not seen it yet. If this super logo, or at least direction does not come in we will consider a revamp of our old logo. This revamp may integrate the F in fulcrum with the swoosh, a new font for Fulcrum and maybe a sexed up triangle under swoosh.
Still hoping for the home run but will take a base single of a better old logo.
