#48 is very handsome. This is nice work and I will be showing it to the team tomorrow. I would like to see it with the flames in front and/or behind as well. Also a little darker on the yellow to orange (orange is primary but I like the fade) thank you and good job!

Yes. It might make it more attractive and useful as letterhead. Also like to see a version where the flame runs from fulcrum blue on bottom, through orange then gold at the top. Ya?

#58 this flame is too flamey. The other works better because it is more ambiguous. I also realize that the flame running from blue to orange looks a little too american flag-like. I will get feedback from the team today.
