Cool! The first two logos! Couple thoughts: I would like to keep the same color scheme as our existing logo and I don't know the exact shades but the logo is on our web site http://www.fulcrumteambuilding.com/
Also, the 'F' on #1 and #2 looks tippy or wobbley and unstable. The word fulcrum is a leverage point to increase strength. Our work is also kind of scary so the logo should be dynamic but in control.
Keep em coming please!
I like the do risk grow in the logo

I think this is going somewhere. Good job with the balance, lever theme, solid and strong but not sexy enough yet. Our company is in Los Angeles and we can get away with something slick.

The orange fulcrum looks like the letter A, could that be integrated somehow into the word 'adventures'? That would keep the logo in a squarish format (like #2) which feels stronger and would look better on shirts and stuff.
Our font for most things is copperplate if that can be incorporated somehow

Thank you for your great work so far

Hi. This design thing is not my world and I'm not sure where to go from here, however, I'm not getting that slam dunk 'that is awesome!' vibe yet that I would want on my staff t-shirts and web site. Maybe something hip in an oval like the STP logo or a coat of arms thing with do risk grow as the credo below?

#5 is more solid and dynamic than #4 and has some nice graphic power. DO, RISK on one side of the fulcrum point and GROW on the other?

Hey, just looking at the designer logos on this site I was drawn to a militaryesque logo with sergeant stripes under it (which look exactly like a fulcrum!) That would be graphic and look character strong. Can you rock something like that?

We utilize climbing a lot in our work because it gives our clients a chance to explore the discomfort of growth. This theme of climbing and ascension as well as the leverage of this experience is key. Climbing. Leverage. Growth.

Yo zrox, I just looked at your work on the ASA logo and was wowed. Awesome. I think you are sandbagging me. Bring that action to me. I'll see if we have any more budget for contest prize but go crazy. I want something so cool it could be an album cover or a tattoo like your work on ASA.

I'm off to work on a ropes course. Just checking in and am exited about the new stuff. #6 is radically different and integrates the A of adventures into the fulcrum which is cool but nothing I'd make into a tattoo or put on a t-shirt yet. It kind of looks like a really cool title to a movie.

Hey. Crystallizing my thoughts a little, I guess I haven't really thought about this logo thing deeply. I keep using the words 'tattoo strong' and graphic and t'shirt. I think I'm looking for something 'cool' and hip. Our existing logo is decent and corporate but not fun. I really think it might be something as graphic as those old army uniform patches or national park uniform patches or something tribal. Same themes as before of GROWTH and CLIMBING and advancement but hipper asthetic. I'm getting there with this in my head.

#10 is including concepts which is awesome but I would throw all the concepts out the window to get a cool logo that looks kick ass. Bring that, baby!

# 13 with the asian F.A.is edgy youthful and cool/extreme. Maybe a tad too youthful. Is there a way to do an F.A. tribal or in the style of the old national park logos? Totem pole!

Still waiting on the coat of arms/ army logo thing if anyone out there has that skill. I have no idea how you create these great logos but thank you for your expertise so far.

#14 SLAMMIN! Dude. That is cookin hot. I have no feedback except that it is cool and I like it and that it is my favorite so far. Thank you. Oh, it might be a little too wide to fill a t-shirt (but perfect for a bumper sticker or header) Squarer version maybe? Also I think our blue is darker.

I am looking at other contests and have discovered that I like the logos which are contained in a shape (shield, circle rectangle). Most of the kangaroo logos in the ASA contest are very appealing to me graphically in many ways because of this.

I am so grateful for your all your skills and if the contest were over now I would be very pleased with my staff wearing shirts with any of the first 4 logos. Thank you. Love the badge-retro-national park-army thing. Feels very solid, safe, strong and powerful. Implies leadership and success.

Would love to see the coat of arms thing or totem pole (Haida art) attempt but am so happy so far. Thank you all.

Sweet. A new logo for a new year with my company! This contest is so much fun and the work is so impressive. I'm gonna have to find a way to take a number of these logos for different departments or something. I love about a dozen of them.

Thank you all

Hey all you designers. I've read some discussions in the forum on this site about ignorant CHs who are choosing bad designs because they don't know any better. I am an ignorant CH who is open to coaching about anything that gets me better results.

Please feel free to share your knowledge because we have some time left to make a couple shifts.

Fulcrum you're doing well, just being involved is the best way to go.
The badge/emblem style you want should work well for your needs.
And you have put the best one in the number one spot at moment.
We'll just have to try and beat it.
There still a while yet.

As I have said on several occasions, including forum: I am in love with half a dozen of these logos and will be spiritually broken to choose just one. My company has several different departments and projects and I am hell bent to get several of these logos although I don't know exactly how. Thank you, thank you. thank you, this is so much fun.

I haven't checked my facebook account for a week because I spend all my free time here.

just wondering...is that a personal acct in facebook or corporate? Do you know that a lot of companies now are using facebook to drive traffic to their websites? Something to think about as a venue to market fulcrum.

As a matter of fact I have been thinking of rolling out a corporate account on facebook. I have only recently joined the service (philip folsom) and have been wowed by the networking power of that tool.

We have never really marketed ourselves (or needed to) and I guess I have been tapped as the guy to do that. The www.fulcrumteambuilding.com is very recent and discovering services like this one is new ground for us. Exciting stuff.

Note to all designers engaged in my contest. In addition to the overall winner of this contest I am interested in obtaining several other Fulcrum logos for other applications and projects (t-shirts and specific trainings/departments. I will PM you after the contest. As always, thank you for your great work so far.
