FSR seeks to fan into flame a fire of community transformation and disciple multiplication through life changing, counter-cultural, experiences and relationships in sport, fitness, and adventure. The target audience is parents of youth athletes, coaches & trainers, investors & financial partners, schools & non-profits. Color Preferences
Our organization currently has four main categories of involvement - Sports, Adventure, Trainings, and Fitness. All categories involve sport activities in some fashion. While not all activities involve formal, establish sports (such as basketball, baseball, soccer)... sport and physical challenge is central to the involvement. We promote mind, body, and spirit. With regard to colors, perhaps colors can be used to help organize and associate the different activities with the parent category. Perhaps the colors could be of a similar color family? Or complimentary colors?
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Please see the previous page (Colors) which talked about some ideas for the logo design. Also, we prefer not to use primary colors, rather complimentary colors, earth tones, teal, oranges, etc...

For FSR, it is important that our logo has elements that represent each of the four areas in which we deliver services (Sports, Adventure, Trainings and Fitness). These can be represented in simple ways, multiple colors, or more complex, yet subtle ways like an icon or piece of the logo that represents each (I.e. ball, compass, etc.). Ultimately, we hope to have a logo for the organization that can be pulled apart to create logos for each area of ministry using element of the FSR logo.

For example, the sports portion of the logo would then go on basketball uniforms or baseball jerseys. The adventure portion of the logo could also be seen as a stand alone logo for any adventure or outdoor events we do and so on. With 4 key areas we serve in, having 4 unique elements to the logo that combine and make the larger for Fire Sports and Recreation is important. I see the possibility for this in several of the logos submitted so far, but nothing that is really grabbing my attention with that being a primary objective. So, I thought it might be helpful to make that clear.

Another thought after looking through the current submissions is that Fire should be separated and stand out from Sports and Recreation. Also, it important to have the Logo element being separate from the words so that it can be more easily pulled out and pieced.
