The ground is developed on fairly flat farm ground. -Colors: Olive Green and a medium colored blue (not royal blue and not light blue but somewhere in between) -We do not want to see any logos with houses or runners, etc. as that is overused. The development is named after the developer's father. (Meaning of first name and his father was a runner) -We would like to see a design with bold text as people would be reading signs on the property during the construction process so we want the name to be easily readable from the street during the construction phase as well as when a neighborhood sign is done.
