Brand New Charlotte Homes.comLogo Design Contest

We are a real estate company in Charlotte, NC that specializes in new construction homes. The name of our company is Dreamline Realty but we are using Brand New Charlotte Homes.com as a landing page and YouTube channel to promote our services of selling new construction homes.

I'm really open on this. My first thoughts were to go towards Carolina Blue, Silver, Black, and maybe some orange or lime green to bring some brightness? Feel free to go your own way with the color....I just want it to look bright and eye catching.

I want the logo to have a playful appearance, very similar to the ones I chose as inspiration. We are trying to incorporate a company mascot into the logo as well. Our company name is Dreamline Realty and we are thinking of having a dog that is wearing a hat and a t-shirt. We'd like the dog's name to be "Homer" and have that name appear on a dog tag, the shirt, or the hat. We'd also like our company logo (and name if it won't look to small) on a separate place where the dog's name isn't. (Company logo attached). I'm open to your creativity on this. We also envision that maybe the dog be holding out his hand with a house in it or his hand wrapped around a house. We want the dog to be a shaggy looking dog that is smiling or doing something inviting. Having the dog standing up with his feet crossed is what I am picturing. The dog is important but we don't want that to over power the text of "Brand New Charlotte Homes.com". We are thinking that the .com text could be separated somehow. I'll send images of other logos that have appealed to us with other .com. Maybe the .com could be a mailbox with a red flag that was up?? I am completely open on colors to use for any of the items/text in the logo. I'll also include some fonts that we are attracted to but open to ideas as well. We intend to place this logo on t-shirts, golf shirts, and hats if that makes any difference. We were envisioning that our t-shirts would be carolina blue, black, or white.
