This looks good. A couple of questions before we wrap this up. When you send me the source files, will that include a psd and ai file? Also, can we get separate source files for just the dog so we can use him outside of the logo? Before we sign off, can you give me 3 different color combinations for the text? Let's leave the "Charlotte Homes" the same but can we see "Brand New and the .com" in red, then yellow, and then green. Thanks

I think we're good and we'll go with this one. Can you change Homer to be all caps? For the text, let's have "Brand New" in the orange and "Charlotte Homes" in grey. thanks

This is the one we like so far. Just one more idea before we finalize the logo. Can we see what it would look like to remove the Dreamline Realty sign completely and move the dog to the middle so he is centered. Then, maybe inside the blue outer circle we could have Dreamline on the left side and Realty on the right....I know the text would be very small but it would solve our issue of having the company name in the logo.

I Like it. Can we see what the .com would look like moved to the right under the "ES" in Homes. Also, how would it maybe look like inside of a key? Just trying to think of other home related ideas to include the .com in. Thanks

This is good. The only thing we need to do now is find a better place to put the .com. I feel like it needs be under the "Charlotte Homes" text but keeping it within the bottom blue circle. Can we try that in the area I noted while keeping it in the price tag theme...but with some color.

And these for alternative price tag at the bottom wit yellow sign "DREAMLINE REALTY".

Or, we could remove the red arrow and put a mailbox there with Dreamline Realty on the mailbox

For this one, let's remove the "Powered by Dreamline Realty" text. Let's add the .com after homes with the price tag that you used for the last revision from the other logo. Then, on the red arrow, let's have that say "Dreamline Realty". I think that will get us much closer to what I am envisioning.

We like how the rounded design brings the whole logo together. Could you, in place of the round background, Make the house the sole background like the mascot is standing in front of it. I think that will help the purpose of the logo be more prominent.

With the house being larger and like the mascot would be standing in front of it, I think you could remove the current "powered by Dreamline Realty" and insert a fun mailbox in proportion with the larger house. This mailbox can be branded with Dreamline Realty. Feel free to play with what you think would look best. Could just be the name on the mailbox, or have the name on the side and the logo on the front/opening of the mailbox or something like that.

Then, could you move the ".com" after the "homes" in Brand new charlotte homes somehow. Feel free to try a couple of different things that you think would tie it all together the best way. You could maybe have it on a for sale sign or something like that.

I want to pick you as the winner but am not sure if I do that if I still have 7 days to work with you to finalize the logo. That's why I haven't selected yet

I love this! Is there a way to make the background inside the circle show a house vs. the blue striped pattern. I really like it as is but I think incorporating a house instead would really tie into what the logo is intended for. The stars outside the circle are great and I want to keep them. Also, under the logo we'll need to put the following text, "Powered by Dreamline Realty" This can be much smaller text in a normal font (Times or Arial, etc) and maybe "Powered by" can be in black and "Dreamline Realty" in Red. Our real estate commission says we have to have the firm name in any advertising we do

I like this one. Can you make the grass green under the .com sign and can you give me a couple of different versions of dogs? Also, we are trying to use this logo on hats and shirts and I do like the more rounded logo too
