We are on Hutchison Island GA, across from the historic district of Savannah GA near the convention center and Westin Resort. Savannah is the oldest landmark district in the U.S. We have a 25 acre development and want to draw cruise-lines. I have used Logo tournament 3 times to great success. I want the logo and slogan to denote waterfront port, history and uniqueness. A picture of a ship and slogan of Port of Savannah or Savannah Landing is not acceptable. Learn the history of James Oglethorpe and the 1733 founding of GA, the Yamacraw indians, The Talmedge Bridge, cotton trade, Midnight of the Garden of Good and Evil and local traditions. Nothing kitschy; it has to draw traffic from 5 states and national crusine-lines. It is a port but a mixed use project. The logo and slogan needs to be intuitive, yet unique and even direction/descriptive if possible.
