Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - Informative
#2 - Comprehensive
#3 - Exciting
Our Target Audience:
My target audience are middle to upper class that enjoy recreating with their families on a regular basis. They're definitely off-road enthusiasts specifically interested in UTV's and Side by Sides, because that's what the entire site is about.
I can't decide which will be better with or without .com, so either UTV Report by itself or UTVReport.com. It's a website only...no print media, so I lean towards to the .com being included, but I'd like to see both options.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:
~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation. ~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered. ~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see. ~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested" ~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation. ~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work. ~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.
I think a background of an animated/illustrated magazine opened up with a page partially turned with the logo mixed in would be cool. It would give the sensation that even though it's a online site, it's replacing or substituting print magazines with the same content but in a more immediate release to the consumer. Just a thought for everyone...not really convinced, just trying to give the point to the consumer that instead of reading their print magazines every other month or every month, they can visit the site and access the same information immediately and with videos, as well. The site will be more informative, more comprehensive, and obviously interactive, because of the multimedia and consumer generated content, as well. Hope this helps some...
In general terms, I'm liking the fonts in #'s 31 and 29 the best. I lean towards the slanted variation of reports, because it elicits speedy, racey, quick, expedited, which my site will do for the consumer. The UTV in both of these examples expresses the off-roady'ness of the logo or ruggedness to me. The brown one really shows that it's off-road with the dirt embedded font...Hope this helps...
Part of my thought now is which of these logos will look best in a combined logo combination with my other site's logos: http://www.utvmarketplace.com and http://www.utvrally.com I'm thinking a triangular design of all three logos combined/connected together with a customer/consumer driven center...maybe even an animated utv overhanging the bottom logo or something to that effect in the center of the three logos. PM me, if you have some ideas...it would be another project on here I guess, or outside of here if it needed to be...not sure of the rules on here. chris (at) utvreport (dot) com
