Hi Asaf - I just wanted to leave you a little note about printing the designs you see here on LT. First, you're absolutely right to want a logo that will print well -- even at small sizes. The more detail in a logo, the harder it is to scale down for use on business cards and the like.
That said, the images you see here on the site are not print quality. The images here are small in scale and presented in a lower resolution (pixels per square inch) than you would need for proper printing -- even on a home printer. You can get a slightly larger (but not higher resolution) image by doing the following for any image you want to test print by doing the following:
1) In the list of entries above, click on the name of the designer who submitted the entry you want to print.
2) Right-click the image you want to print and copy the IMAGE URL. It should look something like this:
https://logotournament.com/images/entries/39761207342-223.jpg3) Paste the image URL into the address bar of your browser.
4) Change the 223 near the end of the address to 350 (that's the pixel width of the image) and hit enter. So instead of the link in 2), you'd have this:
https://logotournament.com/images/entries/39761207342-350.jpg5) Print that image instead, and you'll have a slightly better example.
I know it's a lot to go through to print one image, but there's no easy way to get that file for test printing. If you would like to suggest to the site administrators that as a contest holder, you'd like to have an easier way to do this, by all means please email them at:
https://logotournament.com/help/contactusUnfortunately, designers can't send high resolutions files during the contest, and I'm sure LT doesn't present high resolution files as a means of protecting designers from theft. However, when you reach the end of your contest and receive the final files from the winning designer, you have an opportunity to check the files and make sure everything is in order.
I hope this helps! Good luck with your contest.
