Our Ideas & Additional Information
We are looking for something that looks hip and upscale for our high end clients (million $$ homes) and one that's not too pretentious to our first time homebuyers. We are very approachable and enjoy social networking.
We like logos that are abstract, clearly readable, with some lighting effects/gradient, 3D/shadowing techniques, catchy, and rich looking (demonstrating power/professionalism/success). If it is easier for logo design,
we are open minded to "Team Lane" instead of "The Lane Team." The slogan (“We Care Where You Live”) may or may not be included in the logo.

Discussion

Thank you for the designs. Some additional design thoughts:

* The Lane Team is affiliated with Keller Williams. It is not mandatory, but I'm interested to see the Keller Williams red color included in some small way. That way there is color connection. (But, I don't want to have too many colors.) See KW color at: http://www.kw.com/kw/

* I'd like to see some some 3D or shading effects.

Thanks.

More general feedback regarding overall designs...

* We are leaning more toward "The Lane Team" rather than "Team Lane"
* Green and Red together as the dominant colors is too much like Christmas, so that won't work.
* As mentioned in the contest brief...we are hoping to find a logo that communicates BOTH "approachable and relational" as well as "professional." Most of the designs emphasize one or the other. For example, the current top 2 (#16 and #17) demonstrate this (one is more professional, the other more relational). I know it can be done.... :-)

(By the way...I am really impressed with most all of the designs. Lots of great talent out there. Thank you for your work.)
