Regarding #5: I like the general concept and colors. Can you modify it to be more horizontal - with the icon/mark to the left of the name?

Regarding #13: I think the icon is too plain. Also, to many colors.

#19 and #20 look more appropriate for commercial real estate. We only do residential homes. So, I don't think those will work.
A couple of my colleagues like your #3 and #17 the best. My concern is that it is not as "professional" and "high-end" as we would like. We need to strike the balance on "approachable" and "professional."
Also, can you make the tree a little bit more like a tree. It sort of looks like a pea vine.

I like the simplicity of #17...especially that it only has 2 colors (plus black). I'd like to see that one with a tree that looks more like a tree...but still just the one color, like in #17. Also look forward to your "more professional and high end" designs. :-)

...also, do you think you can make it work with "The Lane Team"? You can put "The" above "Lane Team" or something like that. We are leaning toward "The Lane Team," rather than "Team Lane."
