Square Roofing, Inc.Logo Design Contest

I am open to images, characters and words interacting with themes. One image that I have liked, which I can't load, was a rubic's cube in 3D format, with all the pieces(blue in color) slightly appart from each other and with only one being green. I do want to go into green roofing, which includes grass on the roof/solar panels/water management. But remember, I need to be able to work with clients who just want their new standard roof. Square in roofing lingo means 100 square feet or 1 square. I also picked the word square bec I want to think outside the box.

Can u guys make the colors more vibrant. Some of the blues look almost black and the greens look too dark. The logo needs to make people smile, not sad. Someof the designs look gloomy.

Just because the word square is part of the name, doesn't mean the logo needs to be square. In roofing the square means 100 square feet but clients don't know that just roofers.

Roofs are supposed to be solid and safe as well as environmentally friendly. That's the idea I want to convey to my clients. For my website, it doesn't say anything about green roofs (grass/vegetables/solar panels/water runoff retention) but I want that to be conveyed in the logo.

I don't want the grey color in the design because it seems to signify uncertainty.

The design will be on the side of a truck and on yard signs so I need the client to clearly and quickly identify what the name of the company is. I also want them to get the logo stuck in their minds with one look.

Feel free to incorporate any complimentary colors to blue and green.

I want to have a logo that shows clients the next generation of roofs. Sustainable, greener, more ROI for client, more interaction with their roofs, something to be proud of, different than standard roofs. I want them to realize that roofs are not the standard roofs you see anymore, their lives will be more intertwined with their roofs. They don't have to know how, they just need to get that feeling when they see the logo. Hope that helps.

OK, WE NEED MORE CREATIVE DESIGNS. FORGET ABOUT THE WORD "SQUARE" AND GIVE ME YOUR OWN VERSION OF THE BRIEF.

We do primarily pitched roofs but if we do green roofs, they are all flat. Some flats roofs can have greenhouses covering part of the roof surface and the rest of the surface can be grass. Pitched roofs are pitched and you can only put solar panels or something for water retention to make the roof green. These are some things that may give you a better perspective with what our work entails.

Please use more vibrant blues and greens.
