Great start! The design will be on the side of a truck and on yard signs so I need the client to clearly and quickly identify what the name of the company is. I also want them to get the logo stuck in their minds with one look. Your designs are cool with good concepts but they need to be less confusing, bigger, sharp, professional, solid, unique. Check out my website and public posts to get a different perspective.
I need something unique, 3D, vibrant colors of blue and green, clear bold letters because the logo will be on yard signs and side of a truck, unique but simple enough for middle-class to understand with one look that it's a roofing company, looking to do green roofing later on so need a logo that is fluid between residential homes and commercial buildings, sturdy, and don't hesitate for your design to be a little extravagant that gets your immediate attention. The designs you've done so far are great but some of them i can barely figure out what they are with a first look. You have a lot of creativity so i trust you. You may not be able to include every single thing, just get close to it and we go from there.
Personally like #238 as it looks like a regular triangle shaped roof from a distance, but when taking a closer look you see there's more to it than just a roof.
Very good designs but I feel it's missing something but I'm not sure what it is. I can't say that it's missing something specific because then I'd be asking you to put a puzzle together. The updated brief is very concise to what I need. I guess what makes me want to pick a design is that it has all that I need but more than anything it has a holistic feel to it that instantly makes me connect to it. I trust your talents so I am open to what you think. #238 is a great design and closer to what I need but it takes me a while to 'get it'. Hope that helps.
