Great job so far. I like #21 and #23 because they are more 3D. #21 is really cool but it reminds me of water leaking through a window, the number one issue and nightmare for my clients. Lets stay away from that. I like #20 because it's more solid. Can you try more lively versions of the colors you chose? Can you change the color grey with something else. The other designs may imply that I am in the window cleaning/installation business.
#42 is great but it may imply that i am in the window business. #41 is great! I like it because it encourages people to think about green roofs on buildings. However, can you incorporate more single family home concept into #41? Also, can you make the light blue color a little darker and keep its vibrancy? Great additions.
I see what you are implying with #92 but my clients will likely get confused because they don't think that abstractly. However, I like where u are going with it.
#93 is great. Maybe you can try lowering the walls a little so the house concept looks shorter. Also, I was thinking if the 2D squares would look better if they were 3D.
#91 is awesome because of the subtlety with the water droplets, the clear and bold letters and the size of the 3D image. Maybe you can incorporate some of these things to #93.
For #91, can you try a different perspective like looking at the image from above, instead of from below? Some flat roofs have a part of the flat roof with a greenhouse that has a pitched roof.
Your work is superb. Feel free to get creative with the design, if it doesn't work I just wont pick it. The one I have picked is still a square and not a giving the idea of a pitched roof. This is just me being picky but I'm doing the same with everyone else. Great work so far.
see if you can make #148 softer, it seems to have so many layers and with first look, it seems very rough. I don't know if it's the colors or the layers.
Maybe for #148 you can take out the water droplet by the word "roofing" and for the 2 letters on the cube, you can push those letters into the cube like in #94.
#194 I think the font looks more cartoonish and could be more professional. Can you try a different font. However, I don't want the design to lose the flow it has between the cube and the font of the words.
Can you try a different fade on #220? The fading effect is making it hard to read at first glance, from a distance. It's not hard to read, it's just that it could be clearer.
You are right, my direction changed. The updated brief is a more clear perspective of what I need. I am picking designs that create a design based on the updated brief but also one that takes a holistic approach to that brief.
With your design, it's a really good one and it's not something anyone can create. It's just that it's a very strong logo and I don't think the words and image flow together like they could. I feel like the image is too independent of the words.
This is similar to ppt presentations when they say "less is more". My clients on average don't think a lot when they look at my logo. Most of them don't know how a designer thinks, so less is more for them.
So, I need something that looks very professional, less on the logo and the words+image to flow better together.
I don't know what fonts you have but I was able to find the proper names/descriptions of fonts I want. Don't worry about this message if you already have these fonts: San-serif(eurostile), possible slab serif, forward thinking, authoritative, solid, construction, sporty, no italics.

Amazing work. You are a talented designer. It was a very hard choice, all top 5 designs were at the same score range. I put together a score card to assist me with making a more objective choice. I wish you success in the future as I can see from your profile you are already experiencing. Take care.
