What We Do

Real estate service company - manages apartment rentals including renovation and leasing. Future business lines will include mixed use commercial properties and a real estate brokerage, all as sub companies of Silver Key.

Color Preferences

Preference for one 'bold' color alongside black / graytones. The preference would be for the bold color to be a Tiffany blue / turquoise, but a similar shade of violet (bright / light) or orange (bright / light) would be appealing.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

The logo should be simple and clean. I imagine our logo to be an old silver key with a 'whimsical' bright ribbon attached. My preference is for Silver Key to be written out. Script should be a balance between 'vintage' and clean, legible writing.
