What We Do
We are a soon-to-be winery that is a venue for weddings and a site for community events/entertainment.

Color Preferences
Medium-Dark Olive Green, Deeper Purple, Darker Blue. We are on the river (hence the blue), have grapes/wine (hence the deeper purple), and have lots of trees and our buildings are an olive-y green. Also we like these colors. Doesn't have to be all of them. Could be black with just one or any combination of them.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The "R" is pretty important as we want to be able to use the logo with just the "R" or with the full name, depending on where it's being used. We want the logo to be crisp and fancy (higher-end wine), but also still fun (a place where families want to come and have fun).
I like wit, if that is possible to integrate. And I like the idea of possibly integrating element(s) of the property (grapes, the river, barrels, rustic wood barns). I have attached some pictures of our property to help with this. I've also tried to envision string market lights wrapping around the logo as we like lights and lighting up the logo seems fun.
All of this is likely too much for one logo, so pick and choose what seems to make sense and/or add other things that feel right. We'll be using this in a variety of places that will require slight variations to the logo such as marketing materials, apparel, a flag, signs, wine label, wine glasses, burnt into barrels, etc.
EDIT: I also like the idea of a family crest/shield behind an R, with the family crest incorporating aspects of the business/property (grapes, barrels, barn, river, lights, etc.) in the different quadrants of the shield.
