Provides Architectural Design Services with a focus on the influences of our tropical setting and the concepts and aesthetics of mid-century modernism.

Color Preferences
We do not have a preconceived notion of what the logo's colour should be but would like to see a minimum of two. We will leave it to the designers to reflect on the values of our brand which are: Creativity, Strength, Innovation, Confidence, Vision and Dependability, and use these as an inspiration and guide.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
PREVIOUS EXAMPLES:
We have looked at many logos on the site and the recurring themes of those we most admire are:
- Simple
- Bold
- Typographical-based solution
- Clever overlays of business concepts
CENTRAL CONCEPTS:
Concepts and approaches we would like to see explored are:
1) Reflect on what a 'parti' is: The central idea or concept of a building. A parti can be expressed in architecture in a number of ways but usually in a simple diagram that captures the essence of a building idea and by implication is experiential and aesthetic qualities.
2) Incorporate a Typographical Solution. Our logo needs to be reproduced in CAD drawing title blocks.
3) A play on perspective and depth perception in the design (think - M.C. Escher) - this symbolises our services / product which is designing the 3D built form and representing it in 2D mediums.
4) Explore the effects of colour transparency overlays (think cellophane) - this symbolises how the perceptions and ideas between a designer and client overlap and combine to realise something new and unique in a design.
GENERAL STYLE:
Prefer lower case sans serif fonts.
Prefer the logo to be 'flat', (no fussy gradients etcetera) so that it remains clean and simple, bold and striking. This will also help with scalability and reproduction in CAD environments.
If possible have stacked and horizontal variants, but this is not essential and should not compromise an otherwise strong idea. The main thing is we do not want a logo that is too elongated. A valid approach may be to make the 'PARTI' word of the logo larger and the 'DESIGN STUDIO' part smaller. These elements can then be stacked to provide a less elongated shape.
