Some more general feedback for all designs so far. Overall, this logo needs to represent nursing / nurses, and does not need to represent religion (the name implies that enough).

No serif fonts used in the type component of the logo, please. Something modern, but not overly stylistic. This organization has a strong aim to bring in a younger member base.

Thank you all for your submissions. I am sorry that I do not have time to give feedback on every submission I was not interested in, but I do value your ideas. In my eyes they either did not meet the design brief or were not the style I am looking to go.

I have one more possible direction, designers who have already submitted are free to submit additional ideas, designers who had ideas I was not interested in are welcome to submit additional ideas.

Florence Nightingale is a very prominent figure in nursing history. She had a very iconic lamp (you can Google images for it) - I'm not necessarily looking for a direct interpretation of her lamp (that's up to you) but the idea of a lamp / flame could be good for a concept. Thank you again to everyone for all the hard work.
