What We Do
In-Body shows you how to think, feel and process differently. In-Body is about learning to listen to the voice of the body. It teaches you to think and sense and be with your whole body – not just your head.
You have to be in-body to be more fully present.
You have to be in-body to make empowered decisions.
You have to be in-body to access awareness and clarity of mind.
You have to be in-body to be grounded and centred.
You have to be in-body to access your emotional intelligence.
You have to be in-body to express and fulfil your purpose more fully!
In-Body uses a combination of methods, sometimes movement-based, sometimes mind-based, sometimes both. The goal is to show you how to deepen your relationship with your body and draw on its innate knowing and intelligence – in this way you become more aware and capable of using your body to change, shift, evolve and positively affect your mind and emotions.
It’s about getting all three centres to work together: emotions, body and mind. When we integrate our awareness of body and mind and emotions, new perspectives, possibilities and solutions emerge.
