Great start! Lots of good professional designs here.
My main point of redirection is to point to the top 3 things we want to communicate from the creative brief: personal, familiar, simple, easy. Several of the logos above are very professional looking but also look very institutional.
HSource isn't a large, faceless organization housed in an imposing brick building. It's an acquaintance letting you know that her brother-in-law is looking for a nurse just like you. It's a friend making a connection to someone from her church who might be able to get you a job. It's a co-worker at your kitchen table helping you polish up your resume.
Also, I'd urge you to stay away from some overused medical symbols: the stethoscope, the snakes twirled around the winged scepter, even the cross. One common medical symbol that I think might work as a reference for you is the "H" hospital road sign in the U.S. -- type "hospital road sign" as a keyword search into Google Image search and you'll see lots of examples.
Also, just a reminder on color schemes, we'd like to expand on the existing color scheme at jobs.healthcaresource.com. Read the "Colors" section of the creative brief for more details.
