This is the most professional looking design on the board. You obviously know what you're doing.

But it has the wrong look -- it looks institutional and impersonal. We'd like something much more familiar, friendly, simple, personal.

One more thing, I'd like to expand on the color scheme at jobs.healthcaresource.com rather than referencing the corporate logo's colors.
