Hi.
Because this is intended to appeal to nurses (mostly middle-aged women), I polled about 10 of them. One of your logos, which I had ranked in the top 10, was the clear winner among them. They really preferred it, thought it was soft and feminine.
After hearing from them, I now agree with them about your mark. At first I didn't really get it and thought it was abstract, but every woman I showed it immediately saw three people arranged together in a circle. One person even said, "That one's the hospital, that one's the website, and that one is me." Cool!
But I'm not crazy about the type treatment. I like the softer, rounded font, and the overall look is simple, which is great. So don't lose that simplicity or move to a harder, more angular font. But the problem is that it needs to be more readable. The tagline looks in the way to me. But even without the tagline or with the tagline below the logo, I don't think I'd be able to immediately read the word. Maybe making the H bigger and the difference between the H and the "source" would help?
Anyway, congratulations, your work resonated well with our target audience. Would love to see you fine tune it and try to address the type treatment issues.
