Our Ideas & Additional Information
I built a 3D sign that looks like a 16' oz paper coffee cup with a black lid. The body is matte white and it measures 10' tall. The back 1/4 of the cup is cut off flat so that it looks like the cup is coming out of our wall. The logo/emblem needs to look good on a white cup with a black lid. I love Starbucks, but I do not want to look like a Starbucks variation or rip off. A rectangle with the vertical length longer than the horizontal, an oval, a square would all be fine. I want the words Ginger House Coffee in it and I have in my mind an idea of a ginger bread man that has a mischievous look on his face as he is running but looking directly at you. I want to incorporate (somehow) Just a little shock of red hair or red frosting like a flame that waves in the front middle of his head. This does not need to be prominent. I don't want the gingerbread man to look cutesy or too dressy. I would like him running left to right. The whole thing could be 3-D looking or more flat with less colors could work as well. Our coffee house is leaning towards a more corporate look with a touch of artsy, but not funky or edgy at all.
