The Fusion Metalworks logo with the blue and purple and sparks is our current logo and we have a tough time getting away from that - I would like to see a more minimalist cleaner and modern version of this. The other black logo is a new one that I like but do not love. The texture is something I love and I feel it represents the act of "Fusion" of things coming fusing together, the colors also Help my Love for it to!
This is what I like and want
1) Id like to see a revised rendition of our existing logo (one with the sparks).
2) New logo.
Criteria for any logo - Artistic Flare, Geometric shapes integrated, Able to translate on screen printing to embroidery to web pages. Shading is not desired unless its an option only for web pages.

I also like have been playing with using a TESLA font - I like it but think the "N" needs some work.

I just want to be clear what the winning logo will include:
1) No shading.
2) Artist flare, must be original and notable(eye catching)
3) Easy to read and simple(not to busy)
4) some sort of geometric shapes or angles some how(Tesla Font has that already, but I really love the pattern i posted too!)

Really hoping to see some renditions of our existing logo with the sparks. I would love to have this remain our logo but just up[dated.
- I also am in love with the pattern texture wall photo I posted - I almost feel this will need to be integrated into our logo some how - part of the logo or stand alone next to the logo as a symbol.

A favorite webiste I have is
www.shawnayamamoto.com

I think for event planning the design of this site is perfect.

Please do not give me multiple renditions with play on colors, I can alter colors after the design is completed.

KEEP IN MIND - we are a welding/metal fabrication company - need to stay on the masculine side, MODERN AND CLEAN, and an artistic flare(artistic flare means what #1 is right now with the abstract texture!

NO SHADING PLEASE - must be able to be screen printed and embroidered with ease.

Also, This logo will most likely be on a white or gray background

The blue and purple signify the heat stroke from welding. If you Google weld heat colors you will see the blue and purple likes. Theres a amber color as well but I dont care for that color. Just blue and purple. That was the intention of our original logo

NO SHADING OR GRADIENTS. ALL SOLID COLORS.

FINALIST: I am a big fan of all designs so far, but not fully in love with any of them just yet.... getting close though!! Please google "WELD", click images and look at the colors next to the weld , you will see a line of blue and purple, amber as well. The blue and purple color lines next to the weld is the inspiration in the Blue and Purple in our logo currently and what we still want moving into a new logo. Please use this as inspiration moving forward. This logo should look classy when done, elegant/simple/modern. I will keep a close eye on comments through the next few days - Thank you all for you work so far!!!
