I like this concept. Not so much a fan of the symbol being so large. Also, please use a white of light gray back ground. The blue and or purple should be accent colors. Blue and purple are form the colors made from the heat stroke of a weld and that's the inspiration of the blue and purple together.

Metalworks is one word, no gradients allowed. All solid colors only to allow for proper screen printing and embroidery.
