What We Do
Fountain Arts Center provides quality, age appropriate dance and music lessons to children and adults ages 2-100.

Education
Color Preferences
Reflex Blue and Bright Green.
Our past colors have been royal blue, black and silver, but we would like something brighter.
Needs to be a logo that can be in one color as needed.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Update: added a few graphics that might help the feel of what we want. Thanks!

Our website www.FountainArtsCenter.com has our current logo and feel. We feel it is too busy and not easily placed on logo wear and items such as shirts, pens, notebooks, etc.
We are primarily a dance studio, but also offer music lessons and karate.
I would like to see a non gender specific graphic as part of the logo and maybe something music related as well. The font needs to be thick enough to be easily read from a distance on shirts, signs etc. and the first letter of each word will be used (FAC) on some things as well, so want font and picture/character to work for both Fountain Arts Center and FAC.
Would consider different layout of the words Fountain Arts Center, side by side, stacked, Fountain first and underneath the words Arts Center. I don't like a blocky feel or something to harsh. I prefer smooth lines and flow.
Thank you!

Discussion

HI Everyone, thanks for posting. So far these are not the direction I want to go. Our other logo which i posted was to busy, we are trying to simplify it. I don't think we want a full fountain look. Just simple, clear message easy to reproduce on things without being busy looking. Maybe a splash of water with a dancer or a dancer that flows like water.
Please keep summiting ideas. Colors used are ok, need royal blue and bright green.
We want something for our business name Fountain Arts Center (don't want initials with that but want to use font for just initials in the future so must be something that works for both).
Fonts are all to "blocky" in nature. Need softer with more movement in design and text font.
I look forward to checking later today to see what you all have come up with.
Thanks again!

Another thought - I don't want to include theater symbol or art symbol. Just dance concept and possibly music if it fits well. LIke the S of Arts Center being a music Symbol, etc. You can try arranging words

Fountain Arts Center

Fountain
Arts
Center

Fountain
Arts Center

or other variations you can think of.

Thanks again!

I like wide fonts with a bit of movement in them
Examples :

Please keep submitting. Want as many options as possible.
Try various placements of dancer, including as part of a letter in our name.
I like the more soft fonts, not blocky/square.

Thanks!
