This is an outgoing boutique real estate brokerage where you see passion, professionalism and properties come together from luxury estate properties, high-end commercial properties, development investment properties along with personalized services that turn business relationships into long time close friendships.

First... I would like to see a clean, neutral logo without pops of colors below in the first paragraph, then you can change it up with colors splashes shown in the second paragraph. ;)
Greys, light or charcoal
Whites
Beige/Khaki/tan
Black (Splash of black is okay, but not the whole background)

Color splashes to play with:
Orange/Red (more like a tangerine tango PANTONE 17-1463 TCX)
OR
Not sure how I feel about a rich eggplant/purple color? (If it is not used properly, it could look tacky, but purple does resemble royalty?
OR
The only other color I have considered is a splash of aqua/turquoise

Nothing tacky... no houses/rooftops, no crowns, no palm trees or anything typical of Florida... we would like to see something unique and creative that is a head-turner, but still shows elegance, class and pops the VIP letters

You decide, but my thoughts of one option could be that the VIP letters can be a different font or different color to stand out more? If you are making a design that has a symbol/icon next to or above the name of the company, we would like to see something unique, but easy to recognize on signage from a distance (example: Mercedes emblem or Maserati emblem, etc)

Something clean, sophisticated, but with a little hint of adventure in being creative! Have FUN with this please!! ;). See files attached for color vision, mixed with the silver grey color.
