I am a licensed real estate broker and owner/founder of Florida VIP Realty, Inc. in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area of Florida. I began my career with real estate in 2002 and wanted to create a luxury, boutique-style brokerage that catered to clients needs and offered personalized services, more knowledge and resources in one location. I am very passionate about people, as well as properties and remain a loyal advocate for all of our clients and keep them as my lifelong friends. I also own a full general contracting firm, I have experience with interior design and I obtained my mortgage broker's license in 2005, which is very valuable to our clients that love consulting with us to help make their real estate transaction process a smooth experience. I specialize with luxury residential estate homes, high-end commercial real estate and development properties. We work with several types of investors throughout the Nation and have amazing experiences with clients across the globe internationally.
