Maybe a white background and tangerine and grey letter combined with this design and a different creative design for the VIP?

Curious how this looks on a slightly lighter
charcoal grey and do you know on Fontzillion the font called
Riesling? This is the Champagne and Limousine font I think? Also I am trying to understand how this would look along with a slightly lighter charcoal grey, if I have it for marketing purposes and I don’t want any background color so it is not squared off with a colored background?

I would also like to try clean modern type fonts, such as a font called "Champagnes and Limousines" and another Brilon font that may not be not modern either, is it? Okay let’s make a slight adjustment please...try the Florida and Realty in both black and charcoal grey shades without the outline and leave the VIP parts with the outline.

I feei that the last letter may be very much like the same color ithey use in “Logo Tournament” logo? Can you please try that color match pllease?

I know you may still be sleeping... but I am wide awake, since I am a little bit indecisive about this design Plamen. I would respect your opinion, if you don't mind? Do you think this design may pop out even more with the tangerine background and the letters more whites/grey/black towards the front? Can any of this font be outlined or is that a bad idea? :-/ My goal has always been to make people turn their heads to recognize/remember the real estate signs when driving by the properties? I usually tend to lean/like more neutral colors like the "BCP" logos shown on the files I attached to the contest because they are sometimes easier to work with for marketing purposes, but I also get excited with a splash of color! LOL ;)

Same as you did before...."VIP" letters on top and the second line to match up the color sequence shown on the attached files. (Only the attached files with the two different "BCP" logos please) Thank you again... ;)

Can you see the attached files with the colors of the two"bcp" logos? That is the last two I was waiting to see please. One with the logos on the grey background and the others on a white background. Thanks a bunch Plamen! :)

I think this may be one of the last and final changes I ask you for Plamen... ;) #169 design, let's try something different and do the dark tangerine tango color (like the color in #179) on the letter "V" and maybe the "P" up at the top of the logo design, leaving the center letter Grey and then change the "VIP" on the second line below to match it. Then I would like to compare that with the VIP top and second line both being ALL tangerine tango.
Third, something very different like using three colors in the VIP part, as in the same sequence of color change as you do at the top of the design you make. Example: tangerine for the "V", grey for the "I" and then black for the "P"? Then match the changes you do at the top with the "VIP" on the second line below. Hope I am not confusing you Plamen. I really want it to pop for signage purposes. You are doing such an awesome job! Thank you so much!! ;)

Okay, can you please try a color called tangerine tango for the VIP logo in the back and the VIP letters in the front to match? 17-1463 Pantonecolor
I would like to see it with the white background and compare with the contrast on both VIP letters in the tangerine tango color along with the comparison of two different shades of grey background. (LOL, At least I didn’t ask for 50 shades, Haha!) Thank you so much, almost there!

Charcoal greys for the VIP, slightly bolder darker print for the font on the company name below.

I like this one, but can you change it up a few different ways please? I have thought about light grey background with either white letters for the company name and a darker charcoal grey for the VIP letters above or a light khaki background with black font for the VIP logo letters above and white for the company name letters below? Can you please show me that?

This does look nice, but for me it is too typical of Florida and looks very much like another local brokerage's logo.
I want that VIP part to pop out separate from the Florida and Realty. Thank you!

Thank you for the designs you have submitted in so far, they are very nice, but not what I am looking for. I still think I may like to see a design with the VIP letters standing out either in a creative "design" formed from the letters (if that is possible) different color and font from the rest of the name and then maybe trying another design not typical of Florida or real estate. Maybe try something in a diamond shape form too?
