Our Ideas & Additional Information
See etiquettemoms.com for the site. The logo there now is cursive. We do not want cursive. Also, the site is currently a bit of a mess as we are redesigning it. The current logo is far too generic and cliche for etiquette. Absolutely NO big cursive E to start etiquette moms, and no cursive at all. Everyone does that same font and we want something completely unique.

Discussion

Thank you for submissions so far. We have a few suggestions please:
- We want to equally match Etiquette and Moms, not necessarily make Moms bigger.
- The designs seem light, almost ethereal. The colors are okay, but this needs more weight and gravitas. Even with a feminine emphasis there can be more power and pop. They can be more dynamic. See the X-Men logo. See the Marines logo. Our company makes a major impact on the planet and we want that to show in the logo. It's a balance between women and women who have power. It is not tea party, sunshine, etc. It is respect and dignity.
- We sell more than table manners. See EtiquetteMoms.com. We offer life skills, business etiquette, image consulting, social skills.
- Can we add a tagline that is small under Etiquette Moms? As in (perhaps with a line between both rows):
ETIQUETTE MOMS
Society of Certified Etiquette Trainers

Thanks

Thank you for the terrific new and updated submissions. We are inspired and excited. A few ideas:
- Again, please emphasize Etiquette over Moms. If we emphasize moms it eliminates men and people without kids from our customer base.
- See the sites for Marines.com and X-Men. We are like the Marines for Etiquette Trainers. We are recruiting etiquette trainers the way the Marines recruits soldiers. We want to project power (even though we like pink), entrepreneurship, and weight. We certify and train trainers to go into business and train children and adults in etiquette, life skills, and communication skills. We do not train people in etiquette but train the trainers. We want to convey that.
- We also own Society for Certified Etiquette Trainers and so please incorporate that into the logo. This shows up on their Certification/Diploma. (In fact, the diploma theme might be interesting to play with?)
Thanks!

What is X-men? I found several sites in that, but I can’t understand what you see.

X-Men is the comic book movie. Look up X-Men Logo on Google. But the US Marines site is better.

Overall, designers have made the designs more complicated and less elegant, and so I fear that we are not conveying our feedback or needs very well. If you look at our specs, please move the feminine/masculine line to the middle, not so far to feminine.
- Focus on our benefits. We help our customers start businesses that make a huge impact. They feel better. They are heroes to be treated with respect. They help create a more civil and respectful world. They help kids and adults be more successful. Somehow please try to convey the difference we make to men and women who get certified as trainers by us.
Thanks!
