Our Ideas & Additional Information
(Sorry they changed the words to Tough instead of difficult )
Have fun with this one – humor or cleverness is appreciated. They want the participants to look at the image and it makes them think and to make them laugh and smile.
Some concepts open to all that they would like to see developed:
- A team of squirrels (or other characters) figuring out how to crack a ‘difficult’ nut
- A fun character doing a “Wyllie Coyote” type computation plan of how to crack the nut.
- a display of different types of tools one could use to crack nuts
- a large animal (elephant or gorilla) standing on a nut to crack it
- a scientific table of nuts and how to crack them
- a scientific table of nuts arranged on a “hardness” scale *take off on Mohs scale of mineral hardness with visuals.
OR some great creative idea to convey the messages noted in the brief and make the viewer stop and think or react to the design.
