I really don't understand your entry. explain how this gives the message teamwork and cracking difficult nuts.

the nuts are diseases like cancer...

they want humorous approach to find different ways to crack the nuts...

I do like the font treatment... re do your concept and illustration to be more fun.

Hi, i'm very sorry i didn't clearly understand what we where talking aboout, this is my new entry #44 The elephant is pulling a squirrel's tail to through it as an arrow in the bow. The other squirrel behind the elephant in pulling it's tail to help him.

note I am ranking all over the place now... my client will give feedback later today and I will re-rank... but the committee decides on Wed or Thurs. So keep working on it this is good for a concept, will let you know their thoughts

Hi, thanks for rating and feedback, i'll keep on working on this concept and i'll be waiting for the commitee's thoughts, by the way i added #45 an elephant keeps a squirrel in it's tusk ready to through him against a big rock, the squirrel is keeping a nut and will try to crack it against that rock once the elephant through him.

I'll be waiting for thoughts and eventual requests.
