I had to upload in pieces to show the detail. I don't think the image size will be a problem on an actual shirt at printed size. The colors could probably use some tweaking, but the basic idea is that the group is holding the ladder up and the brave squirrel is jumping off with the nuts tied to his head to break them open. There are some shells around around the base of the ladder, indicating that some difficult nuts have already been cracked.

#86 - I cleaned it up a little (took out the halftone shading to make it a bit more crisp) and changed the dark brown to black.

#85 - I was on a boring conference call this afternoon and drew this. The ball used to say 10th place haha

This could be viewed a couple different ways. At first glance, it could just be a doctor diagnosing a tough nut. Further inspection shows that he's turning a lock / dial while listening with the stethoscope...like he's "cracking" a safe.
