Brovie's "Hole in the Wall" ItalianLogo Design Contest

We are a busy restaurant located near a college campus selling classic Italian dishes to mostly young people. It's a vibrant fast-casual concept selling simple, easy to understand Italian dishes.

Looking for colors to match the Italian flag.. Green, White, and Red

We want it to be young and vibrant. Something that is playful so its not taken as fine dining. The whole point is to provide fresh classic Italian dishes in a fun casual way. We have 2 other concepts running. One is our headquarters called No Anchovies! its a pizza-by-the-slice joint with a bar and night club. The other is a fast-casual Chicken strip concept called Chick Haus. I attached both logos so you can see how we like to tie in the same type of Mascot look for the concepts. Id like to do the same thing on this. I attached a beta version of this thought that I made on Word. It's just meant as a guide, feel free to get more creative with it. I used the fish head in my Brovie example just to show a version but I think it needs to be even more prominent in the logo... like popping out the top of the whole text. I added some Italian Caricature examples to show how this could look.
So Big Bubbly fonts with lots of color. Almost like a fast-food logo. The idea I have been working on is making it 2 lines

Then add Hole in the Wall over the top of it between the two lines.
I also want to add... Powered by No Anchovies! .. This should be on the bottom in smaller text or in some other clever way in the logo (ex.. The mascot is holding up a sign that says Powered by No Anchovies!) Thinking of that.. the sign could read.. Hole in the Wall .. instead.

Just have fun with it and think about what's good for college kids.
